Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons each: solomon’s seal, wild yam, and sarsaparilla

  • 1 pint (500 ml) pure water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Reduce to low and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.

  2. Strain into a tea cup or mug.

  3. To serve: enjoy 1 cup (or more) a few times daily during the Luteal phase along with freshly ground sunflower & sesame seeds sprinkled on top of your meals.
