Autumn Wellness Tea
Ingredients
2 teaspoons marshmallow (root or flowers) or Sidr leaves
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons ginger
2 teaspoons chamomile
1 cup pure water
Optional: 2 tablespoons natural sweetener; 1 teaspoon coconut oil or ghee
Preparation
Combine all solid ingredients in a small pot and add the water last.
Turn heat to medium-high. Bring pot to a low boil and simmer until the fruit is softened, about 15 minutes.
Cover and remove from heat for 5 minutes, then strain into a clean jar.
Add sweeteners, if using.
Add coconut oil or ghee to soothe and protect your skin during the fall.
